Welcome! I’m Lauren, the hands & heart behind KHouse Apothecary. I started studying herbalism when there were parts of my life I wanted to address to improve my well-being.

Anxiety, ADD, & exhaustion became normal, and even though I knew it shouldn’t be, I wasn’t comfortable consuming multiple prescription medications.

So I took my first herbal certification course and learned right away that the Earth is so incredibly generous.

I’m here to share the knowledge and all of the goodness that goes with it, in hopes to encourage you to trust safer, more natural ways of staying mentally and physically healthy!
