Adults: Take 1 to 2 tablespoons per day to build up the immune system. If sick, take 3 to 4 tablespoons per day. Children over 1 year old: Take 1 to 2 teaspoons per day to build immune system. If sick, take 3 to 4 teaspoons per day. Recommended to begin consuming as first signs of illness.
